General rule

You have the right to withdraw from your contract (purchase of the products) within 14 days. The returns period begins thirty days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you, who is not the courier) took possession of the respective products.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging (not damaged). To return an item, please contact support@cryptaur.com.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued for or all payments received from you for the returned products, excluding delivery charges. Refund shall be arranged at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received returned products from you.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the original goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier. Any products that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.

For the repayment, we will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by you.
